ok onto introducing the Creative Team

Hello my husband Anthony and I have 3 children Tim, Emily and Katelyn. I first created a scrapbook album for my Brother-in-laws 21st Birthday about 14 years ago but it wasn't till we moved back to Brisbane that Aunty Sandra & I would go to card classes that my journey in the Papercraft world really began - although I have 'crafted' from a young age!
I am on the Artdeco Creations 2016/17 Design Team and
I have organised Scrapbooking events including Workshop Wonders, Bus tours, Scrapbooking Cruise, Retreats, Charity Crops and Market days.

I don't really have a distinct style but rather like to experiment, so I'm really looking forward to offering a different perspective on the new release Decorative Dies, Papers and coordinating embellishments from each collection.

I have been scrapbooking for ten years and started just after the birth of my eldest son. I love trying lots of different techniques but my favourite is to sew on my pages.  My scrapbooking is often inspired by different scrapbooking challenges.  By doing different challenges, I has found it often pushes me to try new techniques and helps me in creating new styles.

Hi, I am a passionate scrapbooking artist. I live in sunny Queensland with my husband and my teenage son and daughter, who are the reason I became totally addicted to this craft.
I have been on many design teams and teach at events and stores around Brisbane

My name is Geli (short for Angelika) and it’s pronounced like Gay-Lee. I am from beautiful Dresden in East Germany. Both my grandparents were artists and art was always a big part of my family (kitsch was strictly not allowed in our home!) I studied art in my teens, but in my 20ies I loved traveling and experiencing different cultures. I have lived in several European countries in both East and West before meeting my Aussie husband while doing volunteer work in the Russian Urals. We used to perform together in a puppet theatre I created. Now we live with our 3 children in sunny Queensland. I stumbled into scrapbooking when I was a stay at home mum with a toddler and a baby and needed a creative outlet. I realised that I had scrapbooked before I knew it was “a thing”, when creating photo albums for my friends to showcase their volunteer work. I’ve been teaching scrapbook classes since 2007 and my classes are held at Scrappin’ With Style at TJ’s in Logan, south of Brisbane. I love meeting and creating with all the wonderful ladies who share my love of playing with paper and glue. I am always looking for different techniques and styles to try and will give everything a go.

An avid paper crafter, my style represents classic lines and layers of detail. I am currently also on the Artdeco Creations Roundtable Creative Group and have been a Guest Designer on the Artdeco Creations Blog, I have taught in a variety of Brisbane stores over the past 10 years and recently taught at the Scrapbook & Papercraft Expo in Brisbane. My work has featured in a number of national cardmaking, scrapbooking and paper arts publications.

MELISSA STRUHS
Hi, my name is Melissa Struhs. I am a wife to a Cabinet Maker husband (and yes, he is extremely patient with my never ending updates to the craft room) and a mum to a teenage son. He is the reason I began scrapbooking over 16 years ago when I was on maternity leave and I never intended for it to become a career change.
I have been teaching in local Gold Coast and Brisbane stores for nearly 15 years now and have currently been at Somewhere to Scrap for last 5and a half.
My scrapbooking style could be best described as traditional, as I still love double layouts and combining gorgeous patterned papers. What I love most is incorporating hand stitching, laser cut chipboard and mixed media techniques to create the textures and layers in a streamlined way.

I am married to my soul mate Gary and have two children a girl Jessie and boy Corey. I have been scrapping for over 20 years now. I love to do layouts and of the page projects when I get the time, making cards and of the page projects are a favorite of mine.
I have been on a couple of design teams with pages made with my Cricut machine, until I discovered die cutting and I am in heaven with my cutting machine and dies.  I have my online store where I sell dies called Shelley's Land  I love anything PINK and PRETTY, collect Teddies, Elephants, Birdcages just to name a few.
Hi everyone I am the mother of 2 fierce Little Cheerleaders Miss 7 (Jordyn) and Miss 11 (Tayla) I have been married to one of my best friends Phil for 14 years
Along with being part of this Papercraft Magazine team I am also the Artdeco Creations Special Projects Designer and  Media Presenter where I  Guest Present for special product launches on Create and Craft TV in the UK and California Crafting in the USA. I have also Presented on HSN and have presented live from CHA.
I started papercrafting when I got married coming back from my honeymoon and first trip to Africa with 3000 photos that I did not know how to showcase. My sister took me to local scrapbooking store and was hooked. I bought my own store some years later then sold that to have our second daughter I then started designing and teaching at major Australian Craft Shows and local stores.
I have also had projects published in  Australian papercrafting magazines.

I am sure you will all agree we have a very talented team
